The Ivan Demjanjuk - James Traficant Connection

Ivan Demjanjuk was born in 1920 in the Kiev Oblast of the USSR in what is now Ukraine. Drafted by the Soviet Army in 1940, he was captured by the Germans in 1942. He immigrated to the US in 1951 and was naturalized in 1958. Eventually he settled with his family near Cleveland, Ohio, where he worked as an engine mechanic. In 1981 US Federal Court Judge Batisti revoked Demjanjuk's citizenship on grounds that he had lied on his immigration application, concealing the fact that he had been a prison guard at Treblinka and Sobibor, two Nazi death camps in eastern Poland. He was accused by holocaust survivors in Israel of being 'Ivan the Terrible', a prison guard at the Treblinka death camp in the period 1942-1943, who was alleged to have presided the murder of 870,000 Jews. Pursuant to an extradition request, Demjanjuk was deported to Israel in 1986 to stand trial. At the trial, Demjanjuk was accused of collaborating with the Nazis in the abovesaid atrocities, and Soviet identification papers were produced as evidence against him. In 1988 he was sentenced by two Israeli judges to be hanged and he remained in solitary confinement until 1993, when the conviction was overturned by the Israeli Supreme Court as founded on insufficient evidence. That year also the US Court of Appeals ruled that he had been a victim of prosecutorial misconduct. In 1998 his US citizenship was restored. In 1999, the US Justice Department filed new charges, alleging that Demjanjuk had been been a guard at Chelmno and Sobibor death camps rather than Treblinka. In 2004, Demjanjuk was again denaturalized by the US Court of Appeals.
In July of 2002, US Representative James Traficant of Ohio, in his ninth term, was expelled from Congress by a vote of 420-1, only the second Congressman since the Civil War to suffer this fate. On April 11, he had feen found guilty of 10 counts of bribery, racketeering and income tax evasion. He was sentenced to 8 years in federal prison. His trial was flawed by some irregularities. Prosecution witnesses also facing criminal charges were given very favorable plea bargains, which one juror said later would have changed his vote if he had known about them. Hearsay evidence from a dead associate was admitted. The FBI intimidated and pressured other witnesses. Some observers commented that the government was 'out to get' Traficant; others went even further, saying he was 'framed'.
Whenever you see that the House has voted 420-1 on some question, if you're an astute observer, you'll wonder what it had to do with Israel. Whenever AIPAC, the American Israel Public Affairs Committee, incidentally now involved in an espìonage investigation, wants something from Congress, they get it with a vote of about 400-1 in the House and 95-1 in the Senate. The mechanics of this Jewish stranglehold on Congress have been described by former US Senator Fulbright and others, also always 'former'.
In 1989, James Traficant had taken an interest in the case of his constituent Ivan Demjanjuk. He learned that evidence tending to exculpate Demjanjuk from the monstrous crimes he was accused of had been deliberately discarded by the Office of Special Investigations of the US Justice Department. This was the abovementioned prosecutorial misconduct. Traficant's people actually recovered the evidence from a dumpster behind OSI quarters. Also, Traficant located an Ivan Marchenko in Eastern Europe that witnesses maintained was the real Ivan the Terrible. The prison-guard ID card included in the Soviet documents proved to be a KGB forgery. These facts led to the overturned conviction, and earned Traficant the enmity of the world Jewish community. Hence, they either flat-out framed him or, if he did have irregularities in the conduct of his affairs, they made sure they found out about them so they could mount charges. The 420-1 expulsion vote also has Jewish fingerprints. The OSI, the Justice Department's Nazi-hunting facility, has refiled charges against Demjanjuk, probably under the influence of the Simon Wiesenthal Center and other Jewish groups.
You may wonder, if Demjanjuk is innocent and Traficant was justified in standing up for him, why Jews are so eager to get even with them both. Here's how I see it:
There´s a question whether Treblinka ever existed as a death camp in the first place. No human remains have ever been uncovered there. Orthodox holocaust historians claim that the Nazis, upon learning of the Soviet advance that would soon sweep Treblinka, dismantled the camp entirely. Hundreds of thousands of bodies that had been buried were dug up and cremated, and the ashes removed to a nearby river, to be carried to the sea. Highly suspect! Online, you can find pictures of buttons and spoons that were dug up in the vicinity, but you won't find a picture of a single fingernail, bone, tooth, hank of hair, piece of skin or anything human whatsoever. This is hardly conceivable. First of all, why would the Nazis dismantle the camp? Do you really think they thought the Russians would be more lenient if they found no death camp though they had just killed over 20,000,000 Russians? Second of all, is it to be believed that they could have disposed of all the evidence with such infinite efficiency? Recently the Adelaide Institute has conducted ground radar tests that show that no disturbance of the required magnitude has taken place at Treblinka.
The conviction of Demjanjuk, if upheld in the Israeli Supreme Court, would have constituted 'proof' that Treblinka had really been a death camp. Now the question is still unanswered: Was Treblinka really a death camp? That's why they want to get Demjanjuk and Traficant. Demjanjuk and Traficant were slowing down the machinery of the lucrative holocaust industry.
