Namibia is former German colony. Germans influenced the country to be a place better than run than the countries where the is Negro only.

Soon the negro DNA will take over:

The percentage of the population of Namibia formed by Germans has declined recently, spurring speculation that the overall number of German Namibians is decreasing. But the decline in the percentage of German Namibians is mainly due to their low birth rates (still above replacement rate) and the fact that other Namibian ethnic groups (especially blacks) have higher birth rates and bigger families. Unlike other southern African white groups, emigration to First World countries is not common, and many German Namibians tend to emigrate instead to South Africa

Thanks for the links. I know some USA blacks now say that things in Africa are so bad they are thankful thier ancestors were exported as slaves. All the same, it would be interesting to see that index extended to Western countries for calibration purposes.

See South Africa post apartheid.
An estimated three million Zimbabweans are living in South Africa, after fleeing economic meltdown and political violence at home.

Are you not in danger of having it both ways here - Botswana & Namibia because of lack of British interference yet Caribbean ex-Brit properties doing well, maybe even because of that same influence?
