Taking advantage of a situation provided elsewhere? Survival instinct at work. Nigerians speak English, by the way. They -and all our ancestors- used to wade across the river and take what the neighbors had and they lack. Nowadays they seek countries with cushy environment for the foreigner that are magnets for "asylum" seekers and economic migrants.
