I noticed you talk about the INDV and DTOP merger on the street , I own a large block of INDV and would like to know your thought on the deal.

What do you see happening to ASND over the next year or two ?

Since ASND's only competition in the high-end internet backbone market is CSCO, do you really think the telco's, ISP's, etc. are going to allow CSCO to drive ASND out of business and have a monopoly in this market ?
Wouldn't it be in everyone's (except CSCO) best interest to ensure CSCO has
competition across all of its product lines to keep prices down and push development of new tech.?

I'm waiting for one of the big telecom equip. providers or other big tech co. like INTC who would like to add a co. growing 5-10% quarterly or 22-46% annually to snap up ASND and give CSCO some real competition.

Why don't you think this will ever happen?

Is ASND going to turn around or will it become a penny stock ?
