I'm beyond pissed off about Social Security. Did you know that a full third of the people who paid into Social Security are dead by age 62 and unless they were married, they get nothing, zero, nada zilch? If they had just saved the money and had investments beating the theft of inflation, at least their heirs get the money rather than some stranger somewhere.
