To All,

First time poster, long term shareholder. I too have died a thousand deaths with this stock. I've read all the recent posts, IMO nobody seems to have pinpointed the real problem.

When this was a great story stock everyone jumped in. The momentum players feasted. Then the Needham problem arose and the entire PERCEPTION of the company changed. That new PERCEPTION now became one of a possibly damaged company that is essentially A ONE PRODUCT COMPANY. The street does not and never will like a one product company. And, when preception turns negative the Fleckensteins of the world will step in and try and kill you. But we are grown men and should know these risks.

Again, IMO the company must play a better role in changing the prevailing preception of Cymer. I believe the single most important thing they can do is to dissolve that one product company myth. I'm not knowledgable enough to know, but hope others can add to this, are there other applications for the excimer laser? Is the company's R & D going into laser products beyond DUV for wafer chips?

Hope this thread can shed some light on topic. Should Cymer have viable products in the offering, and ACKNOWLEDGE this fact, than that fact will help to dispell the one product company myth. I believe it could slowly change the perception of Cymer and allow its true value to once again be realized.

Good luck everyone

Setting the record straight..

I didnot email Fleckenstien becouse he was short!!! He and anyone
have the right to play a stock anyway they want. My objection is only
that he took his position and used it to influence others with either bad research or out right lying thru barrons. If any of us had the opportunity, which we donot to voice the great fundamentals and the true description of what CYMER does then I would not feel the need to do what I did. But our side still remains unheard becouse Barrons still has not called me for an interview. Has anyone got the call yet?
