Tim I think we've both made our points and beaten this taxi discussion to death (or max boredom anyway). Since you never give up on even the most trivial issues I'll just sign off on the taxi thread.

I suggest that you check out the Port of Seattle website. They regulate what taxis can come to the airport and the fees to get to downtown Seattle along with King County. The City of Seattle is another issue.

You need to study what is actually happening. Seattle has had regulated and unregulated taxis over the years. It is currently regulated now.
