That's probably because those who make a living trading don't care to hear the whining of those who don't. What does that say for this board. We need to create a new board. "Successful SOES trading - no whiners allowed"

Seriously, SOES trading is difficult. There are very few who are very successful, but it gives all a fair chance. You don't need to buy order flow or take traders out to lunch to make a living doing it. You just have to work hard and fight 6 1/2 hours a day, and just maybe you will be on the part of the risk reward curve you want to be.

Bernie,
Someone has to be making money on this trading mode. About 5% who try.
Very intimidating odds, but being first in Nursing School, and hubby being in the top half of the top 1% in aviation, toghether we think we stand a reasonable chance of succeeding.
We have been reading volumes on this for over a year, and we are going to give it a try.
I have heard 1/8 spreads are not enough to get it donw.
