I am talking about the facts from history (I can't say undisputed since you are disputing them even if the dispute is without merit).

Its not a prediction, its a fact - That Obama's current favorability ratings (low 40s, most recently 41%) are noticeably lower than Reagan's where at the equivalent point in his presidency (high 40s, perhaps even 50%).

Yes Reagan's ratings went down to 42% later (before climbing up to high levels), but that's not "at this point", its at the end of the 2nd year of his presidency. Obama is 5 months (minus 6 days) away from that point, so its isn't relevant to a comparison of favorability at the same point in each president's term, which was your initial point.
