'your timing is impeccable!' I had an incredible 18 months best by far in a long time after patiently waiting for almost half a decade..how did you do? I did my perma bear clown suit thing with you guys for over 4 years.... Bad news is good news for me and what I do as long as values are reasonable, properties are churning and prices aren't falling ..it stabilized a long time ago here and i live it every day..not the same everywhere of course..we are three years into this beast in my world and i see things on the ground in some of the worst hit markets anywhere you can only read about on blogs on the net..best of luck i am done discussing this with you nothing to be learned from either side
