People practice it unknowingly. If you live on a geographical position where trade is conducted, if you are (unlucky) to be between to strong powers (Poland, Iran). If you are on the coastal areas (Mediterranean countries). If you are invaded by hordes running away from some Huns, or Mongols. If you have been shipped to Brazil Historically it has been conducted without any control.

Pulling the wisdom teeth of Experiment. I asked the dentist why. There´s no space for all the teeth on the jaw. She said as we started eating softer food, by cooking them, we didn’t need the muscular big jaw. Our faces got narrower. Then I read the theory of brain capacity and intelligence. The big muscle did not need that huge attachment and the head got rounder. I saw the desertic area of northern Nigeria, Brazil´s Caatinga and here in southern Angola. Tought vegetables. No domestication of animals. No milk at early age beside mother’s milk. It dawed on me that the negro was left behind because he needed to eat tougher food. Tougher food different head. Less brain capacity. The guys who were eating softer, cooked food got the upper hand. So we need to interbreed with them and slowly get a race of mulatoes that inherit the bigger capacity brain.
