meathead...as usual you misquote it say 40-100k+.. I think the plus is all that's needed. until cpq just bot two new companies their profit per employee put dell to shame. compaq's profit per employee was 80k last qtr. dell for the first time in a long time will have higher profit per employee, and it's only bec. of the almost 10,000 people cpq added(1997) on the two companies that they haven't streamlined yet. sometime next yr, cpq will have digested the two purchases and be ahead of dell again on profit per employee.
