All Christians have the holy spirit. Some are not baptized in the spirit.¯ Your statements seems to make some assumptions that I do not hold. They seem to suggest that those who are baptized in the spirit are also spirit filled and that not all Christians are baptized in the spirit. I will address this latter as I don't have much time now.
