T-thinking is very close to using logic, whereas N is more like a sampling function that runs over an extended period of time.

My N is very strong and my T is literally off the charts. My I and J are moderate but unequivocal. My N manifests as a big picture/top down/conceptual approach rather than linear. Being an N in a nest of S's (most IT) is a big advantage when it comes to moving up the ladder into the ether.

I'm the second kind of type.

I'm the first--very trusting. When it comes to character, at least. I expect honesty and integrity from everyone and treat them like they deserve it (attention: explanation coming) because I'd rather take the risk than live in a world where I couldn't. That's a choice, not a conclusion. Haven't had to pay for it yet. As for trusting competence, not so much. There are a lot of idiots out there.

Glad you caught that dosing error. I doubt I would have.
