my oldest daughter is a sr. in college. she lives at home and has 2 jobs (one is manager of the local movie theater, as we live in a small town). she also cares for her horse and the owner of the stable's horses!! she will graduate in may with no student debt and $10,000 in the bank making 0.1% interest. i'm doing what you have done with your daughters and she is now interested in a brokerage acct. since she has animals and is a female i suggested nestle and kimberly clark to start!!
even though she is a 4.0 business major, she is really naive when it comes to stocks!! so, we'll just start with the basics!!
thanks for the inspiration.
