NNN was suggested by someone here awhile ago and they are one of the top REIT candidates I'm looking at. I remember HCP, but have them further down my list of candidates for some reason. I really need to keep notes on this stuff -- especially when I leave for 5 weeks of vacation (just got back) that started out to be 3, but just couldn't bring myself to end it... until She Who Must Be Obeyed told me to get my rear end back home (worst part is her friends left the beer fridge empty and she drank all my favorite cabs, zins and syrahs -- or at least the ones she knew about... good thing I have a super secret wine cellar as well as a stash of Le Fin du Monde belgian ale squirreled away in one of the gun safes I use for stashing cash, bullion, coins as well as other necessities of life. After She Who Must Be Obeyed goes off to work tomorrow, looks like I'm off on a little beer, ale and wine run -- this semi-retirement stuff might be better than I thought. Jim
