"He's doing exactly what he said he would do during his campaign." Ted, the Obamacare plan that was just unrolled in my state is a total disappointment to me. The high risk pools were just rolled out. The plan I can afford is a high deductible plan, with deductible on the prescriptions too. So, to get ON the plan, I have to pay the premiums AND pay out of pocket for prescriptions until I meet the deductible, which has high co-pays even after that. Result, I could afford it by going broke! Then, I'd face the same situation NEXT year. So, I'll pass. It's better than what was available before, but STILL out of my reach. A FAILURE, in my estimation. Designed to reward insurance companies - it could have been written by (R)'s! In 2014, we'll ALL have to participate!
