"One is about Google providing more high speed connections." Yes, and equally, the extent of unsatisfied demand for high-throughput connectivity. Fine, Tim. There's no question that the broadband initiative could have been done better; that's been extensively discussed upstream. For most, the jump from that reasonable conclusion to claiming victimization of underperforming monopolists is a leap too far.
