Snopes was saying that the docket items were not Presidential eligibility cases, not that there were no docket items. I don't know whether they are or not. One looks like it is. But, in any case, of course Kagan was the attorney. She was the Solicitor General of the United States.

I've been sick about it for a long time.

This Kagan person has no business on the Supreme Court. She lied about her position on the Second Amendment, and now it's too late.

I am sorry you had not gotten the message previously. I use Snopes the same way I use uber-liberal Google. When it is not overtly political and I cannot find an answer elsewhere then I may use them.
