Snopes was saying that the docket items were not Presidential eligibility cases, not that there were no docket items. I don't know whether they are or not. One looks like it is. But, in any case, of course Kagan was the attorney. She was the Solicitor General of the United States. I think this is probably going out on a limb, Carolyn.

We should be getting so sick of all of this nonsense. I've been sick about it for a long time. This Kagan person has no business on the Supreme Court. She lied about her position on the Second Amendment, and now it's too late.
