but if roi was carefully evaluated, many projects wouldn't even be attempted. that would translate into much less taxpayer's dollars being wasted.

unfortunately, the roi for hank paulson and his buddies has been very high.. for them.

It should be ROI for the taxpayers, since they are being asked to make the investment.
