Many of these Chinese companies will turn out to be frauds.

Actually, I'd bet on the former: that CSKI tries to hide sales from govt, pays bribes not to pay taxes and SEC numbers are more real than the Chinese numbers Ascensio's guy dug out. Does not matter though - the stock is in the shithole.

No position in CSKI and no plans of a position. :)

In other news, whoever crowed that they made great money shorting Chinese stocks for which operating cash flow << earnings - bull's eye. :) (I think it was someone at Value Investing Congress?)
