Sure a lot of shares going off above the buyout price. 65 million traded so far and only 45 million in float. Is there a fit here somewhere else I am missing?

I wonder if down 20% since the IPO outperformed biotech :)

The stock was in the high $3's not long ago, I was tempted given a base value with in recombinant thrombin business but I never bit.

I did take a look at their recent insider activity and there were "tells" in the form of a couple of gigantic option exercises with no corresponding sale.
