Progressive is another word for Communist. They are not liberals in the true sense of the word. Here's an example: plp.org

Exactly Neeka, just had a recent 'discussion';) at another website with a typical Lib & asked her why they evade their original Liberal title. She insisted they're Progressives as in those during the Theodore Roosevelt era. hahaha...if that's not regressive, what is. Yes, definitely, their socialist beliefs are obsolete. Therefore the term Regressives is far more accurate for them.
