If one of our local soldiers is killed in a war, I too will fly my flag at half mast. And yes, you are right, we could be flying it that way all the time if we did it for each soldier who is killed. We can show our respect for the Military and their families in so many ways....Support the USO so they can provide goodies for them and their families on the way in or out of town. Support our Veterans who are in Vets Hospitals by providing books and other needed items. Send our Soldiers Care Packages. Say Thank You when they pass by....
