I have to be careful, I get 3 daytrades every 5 trading days. Some new law enacted, but the facts.

New Law? Where does this come from... restricting the number of day trades one can make?

Hard to say. We could keep on moving to the 200d SMA on the SPX 1115 on one last fake out or just drop from here. However, I don't think any drop will last more than one or two days due to Fed/POMO actions.

I do agree with you, the risk/reward benefit is on the short side right now. I would take partial profits on any bad news (like the Fed balance sheet) and then re-short tomorrow morning on any positive Globex night monkey stuff. Especially the RUT.

I'm short semis as of this morning. If they hold true and continue to lead the market, the market as a whole should be moving down.
