I'm for that! I'd like a constitutional amendment to add "none of the above" to every ballot. If NONE wins, all the current candidates, including the incumbents, aren't allowed to run in the new election. The incumbents get to keep their jobs until replaced by acceptable candidates.

I'm afraid it's going to take a few cycles before we get to the "elect no-one" thing. If you don't vote anti incumbent you are probably throwing your vote out the window.
