My town is easy to figure. I live in Alaska and people are flocking up here looking for work. I call it the "Grapes of Wrtah Movemement); And we have lots of work.

And in my town we are pretty much out of land. If 3,000 people come here in the next few years we will need 1,000 new homes and there is no way we can build that many in that time.

So our housing prices are just now moving through old highs. Our rents are to the moon.
