<<<<where is it going to get the cash to pay back the Social Security fund?

China? >>>

We can use the same rw social security accounting system to pay for the money we borrow from China.

The money we borrow from China should sit in the same cardboard boxes where George W Bush said our obligations to social security is stored.

It is all just a pyramid scam. Ha Ha Ha. I hope they get the joke.

No doubt the country is having real budget problems - but to place the blame on SS is just wrong.

I am not blaming any one entity of government spending. It's unsustainable every where one looks, at the Federal, State, and Local level, by Republicans and Democrats. In California, there are quite a few state and local workers who can retire at 90% of their pay as early as the age of 50. This is at a time when the retiree population will be exploding as the proportional working population is shrinking.
