I'm waiting for the day that "they" propose the hydro tax and the EPA declares H2O to be a pollutant.

Water certainly kills far more people than CO2 and it has a massive role in the climate.

The severity of yesterday's very brief but powerful storm here in NY City, which I referred to in #msg-26827500, was far worse than I'd earlier thought. It's easy to see why now. I'm situated near the Verrazano Bridge linking Brooklyn to Staten Island in the lower left quadrant of this map, nyti.ms, where one can readily see that the storm's impact was relatively light.
