I moved away from stimulus. I have always called the stimulus plan a poorly thought out bill. We are on the same page there. Our infrastructure is crumbling, roads sections have collapsed because of the pipe underneath failing after so many years. Bridges have collapsed or been closed after inspections because of cracking. Crumbling is just another term for problem. We do have a problem, but our country will not fall apart tomorrow if it is not addressed. The problem is, each year that the infrastructure is not addressed, the costs rise. We dug a hole, some for very good reasons as we balanced expenditures and promoted government waste and growth. Now it is harder to work our way out of that hole. But you have to give it to Obama, he found a way to include the "stimulus" study of washing non-circumcised penises. That was money well spent during this financial crisis.
