"One thing I do know is that he displays a high level of competency, whether one agrees with him on the issues or not." What is he competent at. He undoubtedly has excellent verbal skills. The policies he and his supporters pursued played an important part in our recent economic troubles in my view. He was very competent in helping to pass the agenda of the current administration, which have, in my opinion, been a disaster. But of course the problem here is that we disagree strongly on what is good for America. But remember I was explaining why the Tea Party would support her. The fact of the matter is, we really disagree on the direction the country should take and I have no problem with that. I don't much care for the phony moralizing that we see from both parties. lj
