A carry license applies to public property ( where allowed - no courthouses, gummint bldings, etc. ), not a privately owned store that prohibits it. Or my private residence if I say no.

patio, a slave with protection isn't what Big Brother wants.

this is a message to all american slaves who dare exercise their right to self protection.

from the article...

>>For the record, the Costco did not have signs posted prohibiting the carrying of concealed weapons. Scott did not violate any laws in carrying his weapon in the store.<<

if i had to guess what happened...

the guy was confronted by the police and probably was told something like "put it down" or similar.

he thought he was being told to put his gun down and probably started a motion to do just that.

since police almost never get busted for killing citizen slaves, they didn't every bother to tell him to stay away from the gun, they just did some target practice to break in their new guns.

the take away from this is to NEVER reach for your weapon in that instance - EVEN IF SOME IDIOT COP TELLS YOU TO DISARM.

keep your hands in the air and politely explain you don't want to go anywhere near the gun as you don't want to be seen as a threat in any way, shape or form.

the cops will not be severely punished and the citizens slave will remain dead.

note how bentway creates, out of thin air, that this guy broke the law when the article clearly says he did not break the law.
