How could both he and his girlfriend have MISSED that the store was being evacuated around them? It sounds to me that he was an asshole trying to make trouble - not that he should have been KILLED for being an asshole, but that's on the cops.

That Costco is strikingly ordinary. I've been there dozens of times (it's in my LV neighborhood). The Vegas police have a rep for being hyperaggressive idiots. BUT, bottom line, if he doesn't choose to bring a gun in there that day, he would still be alive.
