After struggling all morning, Borland finally hit 11.

If you think it has a chance of survival go ahead and buy it. Look at the 12 month graph but. Straight down.Maybe it will hit a bottom but it is not worth the trouble to call it.I like BORL at 10's better..you have a very good chance of 50 to 100% gain within a finite time.
