Andy the new chip annoucement by OAKT today on the OTI-612 was for a 5 in 1 multi-function chip. Combining AC97 Audio support with codec/modem capability. This chip is ideal for Internet gaming which is growing very rapidly. Question: Are there any other single chip solutions out there with the same capability? This is extremely important with OEMs reducing chip count & costs. <1000.00 PC. I am feeling more comfortable with my OAKT investment with each new product Win and annoucment. The stock, as all of us longs know, is completely undervalued. Trading at about 1.5 x book with 3.50/share in cash. What are we trading at about 1.5-1.75 x sales? OAKT's current price does not take into account a slew of new products that have been announced recently. This is a high technology company being treated as strictly a commodity based business. Some of these new products may be extremely sucessful, others may not. Point is you need to be in BEFORE sales of these products hit the bottom line. It appears that is what the street wants to see. So we wait and buy more when cash is available. Look at the potential here (what else is there to look at certainly not performance) if a couple of these products are succesful we are way ahead of the herd :-)

Hello, Andy. Thank you for your response. It looks like the transition from CD ROM to DVD will heppen faster than people expected. If that is the case, it will be critical for OAK to generate sufficient revenue from its new products, in particular its DVD products. I guess design wins of DVD products are what the market is waiting for.

Regards,
Baoho
