Folks were feeling much wealthier at least on paper in 2004 and they didn't have to work any harder to achieve it. They played harder spending all that cash out HELOC money being thrown in their face.. More conservative principles at work?

Bentway, I assume you did not take issue when draft dodger Bill Clinton ran against two Combat vets of WWII- the elder Bush was a navy pilot and Bob Dole served in Europe receieving a disabling injury to his right arm. The following letter from Lt Col Holmes about Bill Clinton was printed in THE NEW YORK TIMES. Lt col Holmes was a highly decorated WWII vet POW for 2 1/2 years and survived the Bataan death march. users.otenet.gr Like many liberals you have a double standard. I do not dispute that GWB avoided service in Nam but how do you feel about clinton ? users.otenet.gr
