pete, it is interesting that both Sy and Bob B. believe in the secular bear and cyclical bull theories of investment. it is also interesting that they can not decide how best to pull that off. i guess that that is what makes a market. Bob missed the downturn and misread the possibility of a big downturn. He thought that it was different this time. well, it was not. Sy, well not sure what he believes now.
