rich, My perception is that the market metrics for the models of both of these timers do not work well in the current market environment. My common sense feel is that the low daily market volume reflects a coming inflection point when the market will either explode to the downside or explode to the upside. I'm worried that a lame duck congress will let the Bush era tax rules expire and as a result the economy and the markets will swoon. I'm also concerned about the reaction to an "October Surprise" desperate politicians might orchestrate before the elections. But I'm sure some might label these concerns "bricks in the wall of worry". JMHO P
