Is money moving into equities.

It would appear that way, but not with any conviction..

I think we're seeing more of a short-squeeze. NYSE short interest is at a yearly high right now..

That COULD provide some fuel for further gains.

What I really think has been driving this market climb has been currency fluctuations. The USD is threatening to break down in a serious manner, gold making new highs, and people see inflation, which means pricing power, which means profits. ]

At the very least, if the currency goes down, it should push equities up just to maintain the ratio of equity value to dollar.

So look for the dollar to reverse in a major way. When it does, the market climb will likely take a break.

I watch UUP for hints of this.
