LOL! Now the fuel that's going to be made is only for outdoor use! HUGE market for that, I'm sure! See how great an idea that blending site was? Instead of selling P2O output to a refinery to be made into gasoline/diesel at a 90% profit, they are going to "blend" it and sell it to gas stations, err scratch that, offroad stations, or something...
