I don't by that. However, if you want to tax millionaires, why are you starting at 250K of earnings? I believe the range is misrepresented by Democrats as "millionaires". I continue to hear that the tax cut if continued will give an average of 100K to the highest tax brackets.

Obviously they are using two standards yet calling them all millionaires in their rhetoric.

I took that to mean 96% at a minimum want spending cuts.....sounds about right.
