Now you are reminding me of the guys who claim they were Jesus or Cleopatra or something and that you can't prove they were not because you were not there to see it. Why don't you consider the credibility of the woman who made the claim in the first place? And why don't you consider the incentives of the author of the article you posted who outright lied saying that the Rape By Deception was the result of a plea agreement. Which was not the case at all. You don't see the judge saying, "in agreement with your plea bargain I am sentencing you to...," do you? ST PS And yes, I can't find the reference now, but she did change her story later. But that is not the point at all. The point is that this is a racist law that is being selectively applied.
