Because that doesn't answer the question. Even if she has a long history of making false rape charges (and I've seen no such history) that would not prove this specific charge is false. It would reasonably cause us to heavily discount this specific charge as evidence, but lack of (or in this case the existence of weak) evidence generally doesn't amount to evidence of absence (absence of rape).

I think there is a good chance that he did not in fact forcibly rape her, and a decent chance that he didn't commit anything that could be considered "rape by fraud". I'm not saying he's guilty. I'm not saying "he was treated fairly". I'm just not assuming knowledge which there is no way anyone here can have.
