WDC announced last week they are writing off TFI completely (taking 15-30 million write-off). I do not know if anyone still buying TFI especially, since Fujitsu is killing low end with dumping of drives at cost.

not to be obnoxious, but wake up. WDC is taking a charge to PHASE out
TFI heads. So they might sell a few heads this quarters, but Wall street likes future earnings, not the past. APM will turn it around but it could see 12-14 first. At that I would hop in. As they were mergers in banks, disk drive makers will be next so profits will be restored. But its probaly 6-9 months down the road.
