I like it hot myself but live near the ocean. I'd like summer year round.

As for skin cancer I gladly wear long sleeve shirts and get checked every 6 mos..

If you go inland a few miles you can get out of the marine layer. Then there is the inversion layer. Used to be called the brown LA haze.
