Ms. Allred isn't suing Whitman for hiring an illegal. She's suing for the back pay, with overtime and interest, that Whitman owes poor, exploited on fear of being deported, Nicky Diaz. Not to mention the mental anguish, pain, humiliation and suffering. Oh, and Ms. Allred's not inconsiderable FEES..

Meg can afford it. But, not her political career.
