Chuck, if Compaq buys the DLT drives from Quantum, they don't have to license anything. They are just reselling the drives.

Chuck, explain this Oct. 30th headline....
"Overland Data Delivers 2,500th Award-Winning DLT
LibraryXpress Tape Library"
These are DLT-technology based tape libraries made by a company that Quantum does not own. There are numerous news articles from companies who are making DLT products. So, if Quantum isn't licensing to these people, I guess Quantum can start its multi-billion dollar law suit now.
