I read this on the MPRS thread a few weeks ago <<On the whole it might be a smart deal. But consider this... GTIS has 50 million shares outstanding. 40 million they hold internally (at least this was the case when they went pub back in 95). They are burning up 20 million of their shares bringing the total float from around 10 to 30 MILLION shares! This doesn't affect EPS but will make it THAT much harder to see the REALLY big gains possible. Remember when GTIS was at 22?
