that's a possibility and i've argued elsewhere that the banks are probably just fine with the moratorium as it just gives them additional time to peel off the inventory....

unfortunately, i also think that everyone and their brother probably understands this and more than likely will just freeze the housing market even further until this is ultimately resolved
