Yes, ASML is in The Netherlands and it has a big share of the pie.

The percent fell with 300 mm, but, by now, all advanced chips are developed on 300 mm, so, 300 mm is no longer driving down the percent. Moves from node to node at 300 mm are increasingly more difficult and require higher equipment expenditures, driving up the percent.
